Saudi Pro League clubs have been trying to lure Paulo Dybala since the 2023 transfer window. His resurgence at Jose Mourinho‘s AS Roma is at the heart of the Saudi clubs’ interest. Furthermore, the Argentine’s $14 million release clause with Roma makes him an easy target for Saudi who is known for its deep pockets. However, Dybala had then snubbed the switch and remained in the Italian capital. That did not mean he disliked Saudi clubs, especially Cristiano Ronaldo‘s Al Nassr. His message to the Riyadh-based club is proof that it has piqued his interest.

Earlier, the rumors had it that Dybala was willing to negotiate with Al Nassr. Both the player and his agent dismissed the rumor. Now, however, the Roma man himself is giving way to Al Nassr rumors, with a special message.

Dybala’s viral message to Al Nassr spurs the rumor mill to action

According to ‘Arridayah’s’ X handle, the Saudi League is once again eyeing Paulo Dybala. Incidentally, Dybala had some pleasant words for his ex-teammate Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr. Per a viral video on X, he said, “Forca Al Nassr,” which means ‘keep going Al Nassr’, and gave the side a thumbs up. During the last transfer window, the 30-year-old was already linked to Al Nassr and Al Hilal. Al Hilal is brimming with star power, especially in their forward lineup. Considering Neymar will eventually return to action, Dybala’s services are not a need of the hour at Al Hilal.

Though Al Nassr boasts Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane in their frontline, a superstar like Paulo Dybala could complete the Riyadh-based side’s forward trio. Furthermore, both Ronaldo and Dybala have gone to battle together during their Juventus stints. Given this good chemistry between the two, Al Nassr could raise the stakes if they were to land the Roma veteran. But only time will tell if Dybala’s move will die down as a rumor. Even if that is the case, the Knights of Najd are readying themselves for some other big signings in the January window.
