The year 2022 became an unpleasant one for Cristiano Ronaldo. He unceremoniously left Manchester United after falling out with the club and later joined Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia. At the Qatar World Cup, the Portuguese had a disappointing tournament and saw his arch-rival Lionel Messi win the World Cup. Therefore, things were going south for the sensational superstar. However, his time in Saudi Arabia helped fans to see his lighter side. 

Despite always being on the hunt for trophies and accolades, Ronaldo is now enjoying the lighter side of life. To some, he has become more humanized and loves to be a role model for kids and other soccer fans. Thus, this is a new Ronaldo we are speaking about!

Even though the fitness levels are still at the maximum output, he comes out in games to show his lighter side.

Recently, he understood the depth of his personality while visiting Iran to play in the AFC. The soccer fraternity in Iran filled the streets and followed Ronaldo from the airport to the hotel.

Therefore, it became an iconic moment.

On the other hand, he also met a disabled artist who painted Ronaldo portraits, and the artist was delighted to meet him. They shared pictures, and the joy on the artist’s face was heartwarming. It is another side of Ronaldo that fans haven’t witnessed. Therefore, the Portuguese superstar continues to gather plaudits for his off-field contributions. Not only is he an ambassador for Al Nassr, he remains an ambassador for soccer.
