Rare Photo Shows Jacked Joe Rogan Next to 300 Lbs Ronnie Coleman, Who Won More Mr. Olympia Titles Than Arnold Schwarzenegger

UFC commentator Joe Rogan and bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman came together on the set of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast. These two fitness enthusiasts had a very intriguing conversation about 8-time Mr. Olympia’s life. Afterward, these two had an iconic picture that showed Rogan, who is north of 50, alongside the former IFBB professional, who weighed around 300 lbs.

The UFC analyst was a big bodybuilding fan growing up. Rogan used to follow elite bodybuilders like Coleman. The muscles and size of these top professionals amazed the standup artist in his teens.

The JRE host started the conversation with Coleman, complimenting him about changing the sport with his work ethic. The 55-year-old compared Coleman’s era to 7-time Mr. Olympia winner Arnold Schwarzenegger and legend Franco Columbu.

Later, Coleman gave details of the surgeries he had to go through after he retired from the sport, which he suffered throughout the years.

Even though the two were sitting together for over an hour and a half, the size difference/similarities between the top were not clear. However, after the podcast, the bodybuilding legend posted a picture of them standing alongside each other on his Instagram handle.

Coleman wrote, “Just finished the podcast with this wonderful guy @joerogan. Had a wonderful talk…”

Coleman (58) and Rogan (55), both take their fitness seriously. As a martial enthusiast and practitioner, Rogan is not an average individual in maintaining a splendid physique. And the picture with Coleman shows it.

However, The GOAT had a lot of wear and tear on his body because of an elongated career in one of the hardest professions in the world. His appearance during his prime was a sight for bodybuilding fans.

Also, during the podcast, Coleman shared he had one regret in life that he didn’t go bigger.
