How did Conor McGregor bring Arnold Schwarzenegger’s prediction to life?

Conor McGregor was included in the cast for the remake of the 1989 hit, Road House. The movie is set to feature Jake Gyllenhaal and Daniela Melchior in the lead roles. McGregor reportedly finished the shoot for the movie about a month back in the Dominican Republic. He also uploaded various posts on his social media handles to display his Hollywood debut experience.

‘Mystic Mac’ tweeted, “There is no one in Hollywood with the skills or the capability to do what I am doing in this movie “the roadhouse”. Box office records. Awards.”

McGregor also took to Instagram and shared a clip of him receiving instructions from a person on the production team.

He captioned it, “This movie is wild! #roadhouse @roadhousepv”.

The lead actress in the movie, Daniela Melchior, appreciated her experience of working with ‘the Crumlin native’; saying that he was always full of energy on the sets.

Arnold Schwarzenegger also lauded the athletic abilities of Conor McGregor

In a 2015 interview given to the YouTube channel ‘JOE’, Schwarzenegger stated, “Conor is one of the greatest athletes probably of all times,”. He also went on to appreciate the overall attitude of McGregor as he said, “He has the right combination of the mind, the body and the talent. The two are connected so well with him”.

Schwarzenegger iterated how it is important in athletics to “believe, 100 percent, in your victory”. ‘The Austrian Oak’ also saw a younger version of himself in ‘Mystic Mac’ as he mentioned, “He’s also a fun guy to hang out with and he’s very good at improvisation. He reminds me a little bit of the way I always was when I grew up in bodybuilding”.

‘The Terminator’ further predicted that, “His fight will be sold out everywhere and will have the highest viewership”. It can be safely said that Schwarzenegger was spot on with all his predictions in this interview. He also said how McGregor can also switch careers if he wishes to. ‘The Austrian Oak stated, “If he wants to become a promoter, an actor, commentator, politician or running a famous charity. I think it’s great to branch out.”

However, it will be interesting to notice if McGregor even joins Schwarzenegger for a silver screen appearance.
