Conor McGregor is preparing the fans for a treat in May. The UFC star announced a few weeks ago that a new docuseries about his life was coming to Netflix soon. Titled ‘McGregor Forever’, the docuseries will be available to stream on Netflix from May 17.
A master at self-promotion, McGregor has been hyping up the upcoming docuseries on his social media platforms. The Irishman had been occasionally teasing a second documentary about himself since the release of the first one- ‘Notorious.’ The 2017 docuseries detailed the former double champion’ fighting career up until the Nate Diaz rematch.

In the meantime, Conor McGregor has found common ground with one of his idols and gave him a shout-out on social media. He tagged Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger in an Instagram story and advertised their Netflix ventures.

Conor McGregor gives a shout-out to Arnold Schwarzenegger
Conor McGregor first told his story via ‘Notorious.’ The 2017 flick stopped the story right before McGregor’s historic UFC 205 bout against Eddie Alvarez. However, the trailer for ‘McGregor Forever’ does not indicate whether it will pick up from where ‘Notorious’ left off. Rather, the trailer suggests it would roll out the carpet for McGregor to attempt a successful comeback from his 2021 leg break.

As for Schwarzenegger, the ‘Austrian Oak’ is getting a three-part docuseries detailing his life and career- bodybuilding, Hollywood, and political- through a series of interviews. The trailer for the documentary titled ‘Arnold’ was released on Netflix on May 9. It will debut on June 7.
McGregor took to his IG story to share a picture of them together. It was from an encounter between the pair while the MMA fighter was still in a wheelchair from the leg break. McGregor was working with the same doctor as Schwarzenegger for his recovery. He also took inspiration from the former California Governor for his recovery.

He also wrote, “Me and the man @schwarzenegger both out on @netflix soon.”
‘McGregor Forever’ is still getting promoted ahead of its debut on May 17. However, this is not the only visual treat he has in store for the fans.
Things get heated in the latest TUF trailer

The recent trailer for the show only added to the hype. Fans got a glimpse of some of the fights that happened on the show. What stood out was the heated exchange between McGregor and Chandler at the end of the trailer. After getting in each other’s faces, McGregor shoved Chandler away before the trailer cut off.
