Matchroom boxing Chairman Eddie Hearn, who went up against his rival promoter Jake Paul at Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano, wants UFC megastar Conor McGregor to take the YouTuber-turned-boxer in a boxing match.

The rivalry between Paul and McGregor is no news both the personalities have taken shots at each other in multiple instances. And this time at Taylor vs. Serrano was no different as ‘The Notorious’ unloaded on ‘The Problem Child’ after his compatriot Katie Taylor emerged victorious in the blockbuster female boxing match.

However, Hearn, who was also in the winning party, has another fight card in mind and he needs McGregor to partake in it as he and Paul have some unfinished business from 2020. Hearn picked on Paul insulting McGregor’s family in 2020, in a desperate bid to call out the Irishman for a fight and wants McGregor to avenge that insult.

“Jake said stuff about Conor [Conor’s family] and when I heard it, I was like. And it’s a different world. This isn’t YouTube or Disney, where you can get away with saying basically whatever you want. This is strike on sight world and there’ll be no conversations, there’ll be no mediations with the wrong person,” Hearn said.

“I still like Conor McGregor and Jake Paul. I know there’s a bit of a weight [difference], but Conor’s looking big these days,” Hearn continued.

What did Jake Paul insult Conor McGregor’s family?

In 2020, just before the first Dustin Poirier fight at UFC 257, Jake Paul went on a rant against Conor McGregor after the Irishman ignored his fight offer of $50 million. He called McGregor“Irish c**t” and went on to insult his fiance, Dee Devlin.

“I know you’re probably beating up old dudes in a bar right now, or maybe you’re jacking off because you’re sick of f**king your wife,” Paul said. “I mean, she’s a four, Conor. You could do a lot better.”

‘The Problem Child’ then concluded his video as he praised himself for winning the boxing bout against former NBA player Nate Robinson.
