The mixed martial arts world has seen many prodigies come up and not everyone can live up to the expectations. In a short clip taken from the Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, featuring UFC Champion ‘Stylebender’ Israel Adesanya, the duo talked about the highs and lows of Jon ‘Bones’ Jones. He quizzed Adesanya about Jones and what happened to him.

In response, Adesanya stated that everything is not going well with the former UFC champion. He stated that Jones continues to stand in his own way and his career has taken a nosedive because of it. The former champion still holds the record of being the youngest UFC champion and is still unbeaten inside the octagon.

Adesanya agreed with Tyson while outlining how his beef with Jones began. “I remember watching him like at UFC 194. He fought Stephan Bonnar, and that was the first time I saw him fight on PPV live. Yo this guy is special, and I was a fan of him and he was a fan of me.”

He continued,” Till I realize he wanted to fight me. And then he became not a fan, and we had this beef for a while. The fight never transpired yet, but then when I see shit like this, even this one. when I saw this. I was like, I am empathetic, I am a human being.
