Jake Paul and Tommy Fury will finally go head-to-head on February 26. After two failed attempts, the negotiations went through and the match will be held at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia. Many people have shared their predictions on the outcome of the fight. Moreover, UFC bantamweight star, Sean O’Malley, has also shared his opinion on the Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury fight.

The between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury was supposed to take place in 2021. However, ‘TNT’ Fury had to pull out of the fight due to a broken rib and chest infection. The fight was again scheduled for the latter half of 2022. But Fury had to face problems that prevented him from entering the United States due to a visa issue.

However, this will be the first fight for the ‘Problem Child’ against a fighter with a professional boxing background. It is one of the most anticipated crossover boxing fights this year. As such, Jake Paul’s close friend, Sean O’Malley (MMA record of 16 wins and 1 loss) has shared his opinion on the outcome of the fight on Sunday.

Sean O’Malley predicts Jake Paul getting “the job done” against Tommy Fury

Sean O’Malley is one of Jake Paul’s closest friends from the MMA world. He even attended the ‘Problem Child’s fight against Anderson Silva. O’Malley recently posted a video on his YouTube channel discussing Paul’s upcoming fight against Tommy Fury. He said, “I think Tommy is going to box a little bit more technical.” ‘Suga’ added, “I think Jake is going to be a little bit more wild and really try and hurt Tommy.

After giving his thoughts on both fighters’ approach to the bout, O’Malley mentions Jake Paul dropping Anderson Silva in his previous fight. O’Malley said, “Jake dropped Anderson Silva late. You know what I mean?” He added, “I think Jake gets the job done late in round 7. Let’s go Jake.” ‘The Problem Child’ clearly has the support of the rising UFC bantamweight star.

However, Tommy Fury comes from a family of boxers, with his father being a bare-knuckle boxer and his brother, Tyson Fury, is the current WBC heavyweight champion. It will be a big win for Jake Paul if he can defeat the younger Fury brother. It will cement his status as a legitimate boxer since he already mentioned wanting to be a world champion.
