UFC President Dana White has a love for his state of Nevada. The 53-year-old is always around the political scene, making his voice heard. The UFC Boss is very vocal about whom he is supporting for the upcoming general elections.

Joe Lombardo, a Clark County Sheriff in Nevada, is running for election as Governor of Nevada for the upcoming general elections. White has publicly voiced his support for him by sharing a video claiming Lombardo is the right choice. He believes the Sheriff will do great as a governor.

UFC president is deeply involved with the welfare of his state, Nevada. The 53-year-old has always expressed his love and gratitude to the state of Nevada, where he started the UFC. The UFC has been a hugely profitable business and brought a lot of revenue to the state. Nevada Athletics Commission has even honored White, by inducting him into the Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame.
His contribution to revolutionizing the sport of MMA and presenting it to the modern audience has been massive. So, his opinion on state matters makes a difference in the community.
In a recent video, shared by Joe Lombardo on Twitter, Dana White voiced his support for the 59-year-old. White stated, “Las Vegas is my home…”.
“It’s where I raise my kids, It’s where I run my business…” and added “Believe me when I tell you I do not love politics…”

He went on to explain, “Sheriff Joe Lombardo is the kind of leader we need as Governor.” Stating his long tenure serving in the police force “Over 34 years at Las Vegas Metro Police Department and as Clark County sheriff…” and added, “He’s been protecting and serving our community”
Dana White explained how Lombardo was active during the pandemic. How he helped enforce Law and order at a time of panic in the State of Nevada. The UFC Boss reminds the great work done by Sheriff Joe Lombardo and shares “I’m excited to see him do greater things, as Governor of Nevada”
