The world-famous commentator is back again. In a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, the energetic UFC commentator mentioned his unsettling nightly routine due to which he is not able to get a proper amount of sleep. According to Rogan, his habit of “chugging a giant thing of water” just before heading to bed keeps waking him at night and never allows him to sleep comfortably.

The internet-favorite podcaster shares the habit of himself that upsets him the most and does not let him sleep peacefully at night.

Joe Rogan and his ‘unsettling routine’:

The recent episode #1907 of The Joe Rogan Experience was home to three of the many beloved stand-up comics in America: Shane Gills, Mark Normand, and Ari Shaffir. In the episode, Joe Rogan confesses that before going to bed every night, he drinks a lot of water and then has to wake up in the middle of the night for a ‘nature’s call’.

Considering the tone and featured guests of the episode, Joe Rogan fans can relax because most likely the setting was humor-based. All four members of the episode had a good laugh discussing their sleeping problems.

I just drink water when I’m thirsty at night and I know I have to pee and I’m like, ‘this is a stupid move’…

This is definitely a problematic routine for Rogan as he explains and talks further. “At 3 o’clock in the morning I have to pee and I’m like, ‘you stupid motherf****r.’” Rogan said.

Even after all this, hilariously, the king of commentary does not seem to regret his decision as he begins to tell the guests, “… but I don’t care, I’m like, ‘right now I’m thirsty’…

After all, it’s never bad to stay hydrated in any sort of situation.

How does this affect Rogan’s lifestyle?

Apart from waking up in the morning with a less-rested brain and body, 55-year-old Joe Rogan also claims that this routine is where he gets his deep eye bags from.

The claim is most likely to be true, as it is scientifically proven that sleep deprivation affects your face as much as it affects your lifestyle.
