‘Blessed’ competed twice in 2021 and arguably put on two back-to-back ‘Fight of the Year’ contender performances. He faced Calvin Kattar in January in what turned out to be a career-defining showcase that reinserted him into the title picture. He then rounded out the year against Yair Rodriguez in yet another violent display of raw talent from both men.

Fans are keen to see if the amount of damage he has absorbed catches up to him and hands ‘Volk’ a 3-0 series victory.
