Conor McGregor Sends Out a Cryptic Three-Word Message as Clip of Vicious Dig at Michael Chandler at TUF 31 Comes to Light

Having spent nearly two years on the sidelines with his injury, Conor McGregor is finally primed and ready to get back into the octagon. UFC announced the Irishman’s return earlier this year. As an added treat to the fans, McGregor’s road to UFC return started with season 31 of ‘The Ultimate Fighter.’ He coached opposite Michael Chandler, who is expected to fight upon his return. The teasers and trailers for the show are out and the excitement is through the roof. Meanwhile, Conor McGregor sent out a tweet hinting at his mindset ahead of his return.

Conor McGregor suffered a horrific leg break in his rubber match against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. With an injury that debilitating, there were doubts if the former double champion would ever fight again. Fast forward two years, McGregor has recovered fully and is itching to get back in the octagon. However, he has a few hurdles to get over before he can make that walk. Primarily, the unsolved tussle between the Irishman and USADA continues to cast a shadow over his return. That has, however, not hindered his determination to return one bit.

Conor McGregor sends a ‘motivating’ message

Conor McGregor recently took to Twitter to give his thoughts on UFC Charlotte. His SBG teammate Johnny Walker, along with head coach John Kavanagh, had a successful outing on Saturday. Walker scored a unanimous decision win over Anthony Smith in the co-main event of the evening.

The Proper Twelve boss also commented on compatriot Ian Garry‘s win at UFC Charlotte. Furthermore, during the event, the UFC gave a sneak peek at a meeting between McGregor and Chandler on TUF.

Later, McGregor sent out a tweet highlighting his mindset ahead of his return. “Fighting is motivating,” wrote ‘The Notorious’ one.

McGregor has faced many questions about his fighting resolve before. Being one of the richest athletes in combat sports at the moment, many believe McGregor has lost his hunger. However, ‘Mystic Mac’ remains unwavering in his passion for fighting.

At 34 years of age, McGregor will look to get back to top form with a successful outing against Michael Chandler. Fans expect the fight to take place shortly after TUF 31.
