Jake Shields is at it again. This time, he has targeted ‘The Hulk’ himself in his tweet. Recently, Mark Ruffalo expressed his disapproval on news about Elon Musk. The news stated about Musk’s potential next move with rolling back previous Twitter policies that combatted misinformation. The Avengers star referred to the move as a poor decision in his response. Responding to that, the UFC veteran jumped into the conversation and called the actor out.

Shields had some pieces of advice for Mark Ruffalo regarding his opinion on the way Elon Musk handles Twitter as a company.

According to an article posted on Huffington Post, Elon Musk is planning to roll back certain Twitter rules that were instigated to combat misinformation. And Mark Ruffalo expressed his utter disapproval of that, implying that such conduct may result in grave danger.

“As a worldwide “public square,” this app should be heavily regulated for misinformation & spamming by hostile interests. If Elon can’t do that with his “company,” it should be seen as a public utility under governmental supervision. This system unregulated will be more deadly.” Wrote the actor in his tweet. However, Jake Shields couldn’t let this one slide and he replied back to the actor with some sound advice.

Shields himself is a big supporter of freedom of speech, which reflects well in his tweets, too. Moreover, he certainly believes that pushing censorship is not a good thing by any means.

Not the first time Shields has defended Musk

The incident with Mark Ruffalo is not the first time Jake Shields has shown his support for Elon Musk. He has already upheld Musk’s right to free speech and even came up with a solution for those who are against the notion.

Shields wrote, “People mad Elon is allowing free speech can always join Gab or start their own platform”.

Nevertheless, Jake Shields is anything but subtle with his tweets. However, he has found himself in a pickle at times due to his controversial tweets, but that doesn’t stop him from speaking his mind.
