Recently, White found himself in the midst of a controversy. When a video emerged of him getting into a heated exchange with his wife, during which they exchanged slaps. Although he was reportedly hit first, it is not acceptable to strike a woman in today’s world, and White is facing consequences for his actions.

As a result, the debut event for White’s new venture, Power Slap League, has been pushed back. Several fighters have spoken out about the incident, with recent comments from Daniel Cormier. The incident has had a negative impact on the venture and on the image of UFC. The UFC president has since come out and apologized. Moreover, he even said that there was no excuse for his action. Recently, Cormier commented on the incident involving White and his wife, in which White was seen striking his wife in a video. He shared his thoughts on the matter, likely being privy to the inner workings of UFC, Cormier provides valuable insight on the matter. He is well respected in the MMA community and his opinion carries weight.

Daniel Cormier stated that  president made a mistake and admitted to it and that it goes against the societal norm of not physically harming women. He also mentioned that White acknowledged this and took responsibility immediately, without any dispute.

Anne White reveals it was ‘out of character’ from Dana White

Dana White and Anne White have been married since 8th, November 1996. One thing which is common in all long-term marriages is that you go through ups and downs and might not see eye to eye on everything. However, getting through a tough time is the hallmark of a successful relationship.

She said, “Dana and I have been married for almost 30 years. To say this is out of character for him is an understatement. Nothing like this has ever happened before.

Unfortunately, we were both drinking too much on New Year’s Eve and things got out of control on both sides. We’ve talked this through as a family and apologized to each other. I just hope people will respect our privacy for the sake of our kids.” She further added.
