A UFC fan recently tweeted Belal Muhammad, telling the 34-year-old fighter that he wants to see him fight someone like Khamzat or Burns. “Honestly dude, I’d rather watch you fight Khamzat or even Burns instead of wait in line; you deserve the hype of a BIG fight against a top name.” The fan tweeted.

Responding to this, Belal Muhammad retweeted by saying – “I tried ..khamzat is moving up Gilbert is fighting masvidal and colby is in witness protection.” After the recent weight miss, Khamzat Chimaev seems to be accepting the idea of moving to middleweight.

Masvidal and Burns are going to face each other at UFC 287. Muhammad even took a slight dig at Colby Covington, sarcastically saying that he is in witness protection.

Belal Muhammad’s Last Few Fights

The UFC welterweight is currently on an undefeated streak of 9 fights. The last time we saw Muhammad in the ring was when he faced Sean Brady at UFC 280. Muhammad won the match and the ‘Fight of The Night’ award. Before that, he faced Vicente Luque where he won via a unanimous decision.
