Joe Rogan is a famous stand-up comedian. The JRE host has fond memories of doing great stand-up specials. He remembers a time when he was doing stand-up to make a living.

The ‘Fear Factor’ host shared legendary comedian, Ron White’s comeback story. White was hesitant to make an appearance on stage but did after being insisted on.
Joe Rogan shares a Ron White incident
Ron White is a legendary actor and stand-up comedian. The 65-year-old hails from Texas and has a unique brand of humor. Joe Rogan discussed the comedian during his later years when he was done with the stand-up life.
Rogan said, “And Ron White… he was the best example” talking about men who returned to the stand-up scene after a hiatus.
He spoke about the influential stand-up comic and said “He was like ’I’m gonna retire…” while imitating Ron White.
He continued the story “… And then Tony Hinchcliffe had a show at the Vulcan Gas company in Austin.” and asked Ron White to do a set. At first, the comedian declined the invitation but reconsidered and agreed to do the stand-up set for 15 minutes.
The 55-year-old thought to himself, “This would be interesting…” at the prospect of his return to the stage.

Apparently, the actor with a net worth of $40 Million got some new material and was preparing himself for the show.
The JRE host added that it was a “Sold out show…” because “People are so excited to go out…”, amidst the pandemic. Rogan described that people were in splits during his set “Ron White goes on stage and f****** murders” and adds “Like he had never missed a beat!”

Ron White impressed the crowd almost as much as he impressed himself with his performance. Joe Rogan, who had to go onstage next, exchanged a few words with the comedian. “He comes off stage and I’m going on after him…”
According to Rogan, “He grabs me by the shoulders” “He goes ‘Whatever the f*** we have to do, we’re gonna keep doing this…!”
The podcast host described the comedian’s state “He was so fired up!” and replied “I was like, ‘we’re doing this Ron’”
