The Hollywood star recently appeared with inspirational life coach speaker Tiphany Adams. The two were clicking photos together while also having banter about the last “sparring” session that they had.

Adams shared the video on her Instagram account. The duo can be heard having a conversation. The Hollywood star said, “Yesterday in the sparring I win.” Furthermore, Adams jokingly said, “He had a little advantage, a little.”

Moreover, she also revealed Jean-Claude Van Damme’s favorite fighter. The American life coach captioned, “The man himself, Jean Claude Van Damme @jcvd said his favorite fighters name….So you know I had to connect these two! Right before we called @nickdiaz209 (Nick Diaz)…”

In the video, it can be seen that the Hollywood star mentions that Diaz has “tremendous jiu-jitsu and tremendous fists.” Furthermore, he also displayed some of the leg kick techniques that UFC fighters use. The Hollywood star demonstrated his skill to another person that appeared in the video.

Moreover, Nick Diaz gets to work with the man due to which he started MMA and combat sports. The Stockton-born fighter said, “Yeah that one, that one, that one in Bloodsport yeah and kickboxer got me into fighting.”
