He further added, “It’s like TikTok just hits you with video after video and they just get you hooked...You open that app up and it’s like, you’re already like, ohhh movement. Things are happening and this is what they’re trying to do, I believe, with Instagram.”

On his podcast, Rogan said, “I exist on TikTok, but it’s not me.” The veteran color commentator said that someone uploads his content on TikTok. Rogan felt he should step in and do something on TikTok, but he said, “TikTok is such a sketchy fu****g application.”
The veteran color commentator spoke about the breakdown by software engineers, which showed how intrusive TikTok is. Speaking about it, Rogan said, “They said it is the single most disturbing piece of software they’ve ever had to back engineer.” The reason behind it was because of the amount of cross-platform spying it does, said Rogan.
Rogan also narrated a story of his friend talking to a lady. Rogan’s friend and the lady were having a conversation. As Rogan’s friend looked at her phone, TikTok suggested her. Rogan said, “So TikTok knew that her, and this lady were next to each other physically because their phones were next to each other. So, TikTok suggested that she should follow that lady.”
