UFC’s first event for the year 2023 is just around the corner. The event is filled with several exciting bouts. The hype that the event is getting before its arrival is not new for the UFC. However, it is special nevertheless because of being the event to start off the new year with a bang. UFC 283 is here to hold fans in a deadly grasp this weekend. All UFC fans have decided to jump on the hype train. In fact, the train is not just with fans but with retired UFC fighters as well! Michael Bisping is a recent passenger on this train that took off ever since UFC 282 got over. The retired UFC fighter offered several insights on the upcoming event. Bisping also shared his personal opinions on the events.

In a recent video posted on Michael Bisping’s official YouTube channel, he made sure to talk in-depth regarding UFC 283. He is not taking it lightly when it comes to this year’s events. The event will be taking place in Brazil this time around and the UFC legend is on board with this setting. He even went on to appreciate the fight cards fixed. It looks like UFC this year is going to be a fest not only for the regular fans but for such experienced fighters as well.

Michael Bisping is all set for UFC 283

In UFC 199, Bisping won the Middleweight title. This was back in 2016. However, his excitement about title bouts hasn’t washed away since. Fans can see the British legend proudly announcing the Light Heavyweight match in the upcoming UFC event. “In the main event we’ve got an incredible light heavyweight title fight,” announced Bisping. The fight is going to take place between the legendary Glover Teixeira and the very bold Jamahal Hill. While talking about it, the ex-fighter presented his point that Hill has a technical advantage. Moreover, if Teixeira gives him even an ounce of opportunity, according to Bisping, the 31-year-old fighter will knock him out. ‘The Count’ seems down for this fight. Moreover, he seems pretty excited about the co-main event!

The fight card that Flyweight is offering this time around is pretty interesting. The co-main event features Brandon Moreno going up against Deiveson Figueiredo. This title bout is especially interesting given the history between the two. The two will be fighting for the fourth time now. “The three fights have been incredible,” added Bisping.

What is Bisping’s hot take on the co-main event?

While talking about the flyweight title bout, Bisping clearly chose his side before the fight. While analyzing the situation, the UFC legend stops on the condition the Brazilian fighter is in. “He’s not gonna have ring rust or anything like that, but a year is a long time and he’s 35 years old.
