Although the video was most likely a light-hearted post; We indeed see many MMA fighters using unusual and rare submission moves every now and then. The most recent instance comes from Cage Titans 57. Former military veteran-turned-MMA fighter, Gerald Meuse, used one of the rarest submission moves, the ‘twister’, on his opponent, consequently winning the fight.
All MMA fighters have their own unique way of fighting. They come from different combat backgrounds. However, most of them used moves from the books and can be replicated by each other. But sometimes there are fighters who are just on a different level and create their own unorthodox fighting style.
