Dana White went viral a while ago for his health problems, which according to his health expert reduced his lifetime by years. The UFC CEO went through intense changes that altered the way he looked, felt, and was. Now, he is much healthier than ever before and one person gets to take credit apart from him.

And that is the 10x Health System co-founder and biologist, Gary Brecka. Brecka is a world-renowned biologist who has a mastery of human health and has helped many people recover from issues that could permanently damage their bodies. And now, he’s got a new client on the list.

Dana White is as popular as the UFC. And the UFC is rapidly growing bigger too. So it was no surprise when his health issues and his eventual recovery went viral on the internet. According to his biologist, Gary Brecka, White was told that he perhaps only had about 10 more years to live.

This naturally freaked him out and he went on to go on routines and begin therapy that helped him become much healthier and fitter. Now, Stephen A. Smith, a famous sports personality, host, and journalist has also availed Brecka’s services.

Smith is widely known for his coverage of the NBA. In a recent episode on his podcast, he had Brecka over who revealed Smith’s health conditions to the world.

“We did a gene test, we did a blood test, the blood was was sort of a disaster,” said Brecka. “It happens slowly over time and there are people listening to this podcast right now that have two or three or four of the five signs of the metabolic syndrome and they do not know it.” Brecka even shared a quote from Smith himself and revealed more about how to heal the human body.

After working with Dana White, perhaps Brecka found even more perspective as he worked with Smith to help him overcome his health issues. And it wasn’t a one-way street for him as Smith told him something that stuck with him. “You gave me one of the greatest quotes of all time and you said ‘There’s a difference between being alive and living’.”

“If you really want to thrive, you’ve got to put raw materials back into the human body.”  Brecka convincingly told the podcast host how the human body was meant to have high libido, great sleep, and even more. But for that, we need to put raw materials back in there.

Perhaps Dana White would agree and approve of Brecka’s methods after the human health expert helped him regain his best levels of good health. Would you book an appointment with Brecka too?
