Jorge Masvidal couldn’t match the wrestling of Colby Covington at UFC 272. ‘Gamebred’ lost the bout via a lopsided unanimous decision. After the loss, Masvidal presented an offer to Canadian rapper Drake.

Masvidal had a tough loss to digest against his friend-turned-bitter rival. However, ‘Gamebred’ is not short on confidence. The ‘BMF’ champion has issued a warning to ‘Chaos’ in his post-fight interview. Masvidal was in no mood to reconcile with Covington.
However, one man Masvidal made an effort to make it up was Drake. Hence, Masvidal tweeted to Drake.

Earlier, the pop sensation had backed ‘Gamebred’ to beat Colby Covington.
However, this gesture didn’t impress the fans. Many fans, who also backed Masvidal to win the fight, shared their displeasure with Masvidal’s tweet.

Besides, one fan didn’t like Masvidal for ending up short against Covington. “Jorge is the new Conor.. all talk before the fight and all excuses after,” commented a disappointed fan.

Jorge Masvidal issued a stern warning to Colby Covington
Even after UFC 272, the beef between ‘Gamebred’ and ‘Chaos‘ doesn’t seem to go away. Soon after his loss, ‘Gamebred’ had a message for his opponent. During the post-fight press conference, Masvidal implied that he would break Covington’s jaw if he sees him on the streets.
Since both the fighters live and train in Miami, their chances of running into each other are very high.
In the meantime, Masvidal has a long way to get back to Colby Covington or Kamaru Usman in the welterweight division. Thus, it would be interesting to see which direction he and the UFC choose to go.
