Jon Jones made a triumphant return to the octagon against Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. The event had one of the most stacked fight cards in history which saw ‘Bones’ claim the heavyweight title in his first-ever fight in the division. However, a UFC star has a particular complaint to point out with Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou images that the promotion clicked.

Jon Jones dominated Ciryl Gane and made quick work by tapping him out with a guillotine choke under two minutes of the first round. He lived up to the hype and delivered one of the greatest performances in UFC’s history.

However, lightweight fighter Terrance McKinney recently posted an image of Ngannou and Jones holding the heavyweight belt. These images are taken during the photo shoot after a championship bout. McKinney pointed out that Jon Jones had his right arm replaced by Francis Ngannou’s right arm. Many UFC fans took to the comment section after this unusual discovery.

After seeing UFC potentially photoshopping Ngannou’s arm onto the new heavyweight champion, fans reacted to it on social media. One fan wondered if a fighter’s contract involves signing away the right of their limbs.

 

A Twitter user was impressed with Terrance McKinney’s ability to notice Jon Jones’s arm.

However, a fan claims that Ngannou initially had Jones’s arm. However, ‘Bones’ got it back. He also wonders if Kamaru Usman will get his arm back, which was photoshopped onto Leon Edwards after UFC 278.

One fan posted a hilarious image of flyweight champion Alexa Grasso‘s arm replaced by Kamaru Usman’s arm.

A Twitter user called out UFC’s laziness for the image alterations.

Another fan posted a few pictures to prove that it was Ngannou who had Jon Jones’s arm all along.

This is the second time that people have noticed such an alteration in fighters’ images. Fans were quick to ridicule the promotion after they replaced Leon Edwards’s arm with Kamaru Usman’s, following his impressive KO win. There is no explanation as to why the UFC tends to replace the fighter’s arms in these images. But fans are always quick to spot these differences on social media.
