Phuket News goes on to state that Superintendent Pol Col Chalermchai confirmed the arrests in a report on September 5. Interestingly, the officials or police have yet to acknowledge the incident. In addition, the report failed to mention the exact details of the arrest but noted the arrest warrant details.
Additionally, the report points out the intention behind the arrest: to prosecute the brothers for committing the act of robbery with cruelty that endangered the body or mind. Reportedly, the cash looted amounts to around $40,000. Besides, it includes one Rolex ‘Daytona’, one Patek Philippe ‘Nautilus’, and other Apple devices.

Lastly, Phuket News specifies that the fighter himself wasn’t involved in the act. Neither of the men who broke in were his brothers. The connection to the perpetrators was the main reason for their arrest. Askhabov knew the Italian man for a year and made acquaintance with him. Meanwhile, the Kazakh nationals had returned to the country.
