WrestleMania 40 was all the rage it had promised to be and more, and then there are those who are not happy with it. WWE recently merged with Dana White’s UFC and it was all everyone could talk about for months. That move also brings the wrestling organization to the scrutiny of UFC fighters and observers. Now, WrestleMania has taken the center of attention but how?
This edition of WrestleMania has been rather exciting for WWE fans as they saw the return of ‘The Rock’ in the ring. Dwayne Johnson and John Cena in the ring again was something that surely had the fans raving. Johnson and his cousin, Roman Reigns did all they could to defeat Cody Rhodes but in the end, Rhodes finished his story. But was that enough for this UFC veteran?

Cody Rhodes went up against ‘The Rock’ and Roman Reigns in a tag team match along with his partner and the then heavyweight champion Seth Rollins. However, this proved not to be enough for Rhodes who went up against Roman Reigns a few hours ago and clinched the heavyweight title away from him, becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion.
This celebration is the worst and least planned moment in the history of wrestlemania.

Chael Sonnen, clearly, did not enjoy the conclusion of this yearly spectacle. Sonnen went on the tweet that this was perhaps the worse way he has seen a prestigious WrestleMania event end. “This celebration is the worst and least planned moment in the history of wrestlemania,” he wrote. Do you agree with Sonnen’s take?

This WrestleMania was a mega event that saw unexpected arrivals and entrances from former and current WWE stars. The first day of the mega event saw ‘The Rock’ getting speared by his own cousin and yet they managed to clinch the tag team victory.
On the second day, as ‘The Rock’ and the others brawled, out of nowhere, the Undertaker spawned into the ring and rewarded Dwayne Johnson’s hard work with a brilliant chokeslam. John Cena was also spotted in the arena in his signature style making the audience erupt with applause and cheers. However, for Sonnen to think it was a bit messy also stands to reason since a lot of things happened rather quickly and there was just a lot to digest. But Sonnen wasn’t the only UFC star watching the showdown.
Other UFC stars reacted to it all too

Daniel Cormier was a fellow veteran UFC star who was watching WrestleMania 40 unfold live. He once tweeted out applauding Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson for looking “good in there” inside of the wrestling ring. He acknowledged “tribal chief” Roman Reigns sharing a picture of Reigns entering in the arena alongside Paul Hayman. Many also appreciated Cody Rhodes achieving his final win.
Apart from him, middleweight prospect Bo Nickal also tweeted out telling the world how he was watching the event and that he’d like to be inside of the organization at some point in his career. This make sense given Nickal is one of the few fighters in the division better known for their wrestling.
