Conor McGregor, the former two-division UFC champion, has never been one to mince words. The Irishman has always been known for his brash personality and his tendency to speak his mind. And over the years, he has been quite vocal about his disdain for the WWE and many of its superstars.

McGregor has been calling out WWE and its wrestlers for years, and his latest target is none other than Roman Reigns’ manager, Paul Heyman. Reigns is arguably the biggest star of WWE at this moment, holding both the Universal and the WWE titles. But this isn’t the first time McGregor has taken shots at WWE stars. In the past, he has famously called out John Cena, referring to him as “a big, fat, 40-year-old failed Mr. Olympia motherf***er.”

At the beginning of April, WWE and UFC made one of the biggest announcements in sports entertainment history – the merger of WWE and UFC. This led to many fans speculating about the possibility of seeing their favorite UFC stars in a WWE ring. Shortly after, McGregor posted a picture of himself carrying a UFC belt and a WWE belt.

Paul Heyman was not too pleased with McGregor, who called the Irishman a “Roman Reigns wannabe”. After this, the two engaged in a Twitter battle, which was later deleted by both of them. McGregor also uploaded a voice message for Heyman – “You are barking at the wrong tree, Paul Heyman. I have lost count of the bodies I have seen take their last breath. Watch your back for life.”

In one of the tweets, McGregor talked about giving Heyman a suplex, which is a popular wrestling slam. The former UFC double champ did not stop here. He even warned Heyman and Reigns about coming to Summerslam and sending both of them “out the bus”. However, this is not the first time McGregor has had some verbal exchanges with the members of Bloodline.

Roman Reigns called out McGregor 7 years ago!

Rewinding back to 2016, it was Conor McGregor’s rematch against Nate Diaz at UFC 202. During a media session, McGregor took some sharp shots at many WWE wrestlers. After this, the Notorious also posted a tweet targeting WWE. “I didn’t mean no disrespect to the WWE fans. What I meant to say was that I’d slap the head off your entire roster. And twice on Sunday’s”, said the former UFC champ.

Responding to this, Roman Reigns tweeted – “ Your the size of my leg. Shut up.” While their Twitter beef did not go ahead in 2016, it seems that the feud might be continued 7 years later.
