Joe Rogan had offered Ric Flair to come on his show once. Although the Veteran UFC commentator might not be on grand terms with the WWE legend. But he sure respects him a lot. In an old podcast episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the 55 year old declared an open invitation for ‘Nature Boy’.

The 55-year-old considered Ric Flair’s iconic “Figure Four leg-lock” to be ineffective in real life. The ‘Nature Boy’ took offense to this statement. He soon called Rogan out on Twitter.

Joe Rogan invited WWE Legend Ric Flair to the Joe Rogan Experience

Ric Flair is famous for his trash-talking and being a badass wrestler in WWE. The ‘Nature boy’ has many iconic moves up his sleeve, but the most recognizable one has to be “Figure Four leg-lock”. Flair won many of his matches and championships using the move.

In a recent episode of the JRE podcast,Rogan pointed out this move to be of no consequence in an actual fight. He further pointed out that it is the worst thing to do when fighting an actual person.

But, in an old clip, Joe Rogan actually invited Flair to come to his podcast.

While talking to a fellow stand-up comedian Brendan Schaub, the 55-year-old admitted his affection towards the WWE icon. He said “Ric Flair’s a bad motherf***er”

Schaub agreed with Rogan and told him “I’m trynna get him on my show…” talking about getting Flair on his famous podcast “The Schaub Show”.

Then, the stand-up comedian gave the UFC commentator a noble idea. “You should have him on here…!”

The Fear Factor host in the podcast, then declared, “I’d love to have him on here…” “Ric, if you’re out there, sir. Open invitation.” he really wanted The ‘Nature boy’ to grace The Joe Rogan Experience podcast sometime.

Flair responds to Rogan’s call

In Flair’s recent tweet, he mentioned getting into the podcast. But also warned the podcast host of the consequences of having him.

He also threatened Rogan to put him in his leg-lock to test the former professional MMA fighter’s endurance against it. That would actually be a great way to resolve their differences while on the podcast.
