4x Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler Kills the Ultimate Back Day With Former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall

Change is a two-way thing. On the one hand, change is the only constant. On the other hand, change is also scary. However, bold people tend to welcome change in their lives to grow. Former World’s Strongest Man, Eddie Hall, has done something similar. The Englishman has opted to transform himself from a strongman to a bodybuilder. Henceforth, to attain the traits of a bodybuilder, Hall is trying to learn from the best. Recently, Hall was spotted while working out with the 4x Mr. Olympia, Jay Cutler, as Cutler shared a picture of them from their training session.

However, Cutler is not the first one Hall is taking help from. Hall is consuming experience and knowledge from everywhere he can. Even before Cutler, he spent time and trained with Jamy Johal, Larry Wheels, etc. However, let us have a look at what the two massive bodybuilders said about each other.

In order to pursue a new challenge, one has to learn from the master of it. Eddie Hall is doing the same. Strongman is very different from bodybuilding. Whether it be in terms of technique, strength, the pursuit of the physique, and obviously the art of posing. Henceforth, Hall has been continuously consulting with several bodybuilders and spending training sessions with them to learn and improve. And recently, he learnt from one of the greats. Jay Cutler.

As posted by Jay Cutler in his Instagram post, Hall recently had a back workout session with Cutler. While posting the picture, Cutler wrote, “Back day with The Beast 💪.”

Whereas Hall expressed his gratification in the comments section for the great experience. Hall wrote, “Was an absolute honour to train with one of the best to ever do it 🙏”  

On the other hand, for looking more into the session, Hall has also posted a YouTube video of their insane workout session. In the video, Jay Cutler looks to introduce some of the bodybuilding elements of Eddie Hall’s training routine. To start with, Cutler proclaimed that the rest time between the sets will be only “45 to 60 seconds”.

Later on, they began the session with “lats pull-down”, followed by dumbbell rows, followed by yet another set of lats pull-downs. However, this time with another grip. The former Mr. Olympia explained that both the grips affect different muscles, which bodybuilders flaunt on the stage. Eventually, they ended the session with cable and machine rows. The session was enlightening for the new bodybuilder. Moreover, amid all these workouts, Cutler continuously gave Hall some important tips which will certainly help him in the future.

The former strongman, Eddie Hall, has been working really hard to claim his place in bodybuilding.
