When talking about fitness and training one just cannot miss the name of the legendary bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger. Despite having two heart surgeries, Schwarzenegger continues to work out with the same zeal and enthusiasm. Naturally, everyone wants to learn from the book of this legend. Training with him or being trained by him is like a dream for many if not all, bodybuilders or fitness enthusiasts.

Recently, the IFBB Pro bodybuilder, Big Will “World” Harris, got the opportunity to train with this legend. One might think that Schwarzenegger would be a strict coach considering how serious he is about training and workouts. However, this cannot be farther from the truth. The hilarious video shared by Schwarzenegger on his profile shows just what a fun trainer he is, who tends to get carried away at times.

Arnold Schwarzenegger becomes a personal trainer

Recently, the 7x Mr. Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger shared a reel on his Instagram profile. On the reel the legend turned into a trainer for a pro bodybuilder. In less than 10 hours, the video has amassed more than 2.5M views and 230k likes. The video featured Big Will working out on the chest press machine with Schwarzenegger standing behind him and motivating him while counting his reps.

Once Will was done, Schwarzenegger gave him some points to remember. He said, “Just remember one thing huge pecks of muscles, huge scale to it, huge biceps, huge triceps, great abs….” At first, Schwarzenegger sounded like he was about to give an important pointer to the bodybuilder who was listening very seriously. However, Wills burst out in laughter when Schwarzenegger hilariously added, “…enough talking about me, let me talk about you first.”

In December 2022, Arnold Schwarzenegger met the man who is known as the CEO of gym Positivity, a.k.a. Joey Swoll. Though Schwarzenegger is Swoll’s idol, it was Arnie who spotted Swoll first in the crowd and fell for his charm.

Amazed by Swoll’s physique, Schwarzenegger approached him and posed a challenge. However, the little interaction became even more memorable when Swoll pun intendedly asked Schwarzenegger who he was. And going with the flow of the joke, Schwarzenegger went ahead and introduced himself.
