Ever since Hall decided to change his gears, his focus has been building a lean body. This meant a change in his lifestyle and strategy which became pretty evident from his latest pictures. Recently, The Beast posted a series of pictures on his Instagram handle with some witty words, “1795 weeks out from the Olympia”. The mention of the number of weeks spent at the gym to emerge as a bodybuilder shows The Beast’s seriousness, even though many might construe his caption as nothing more than just a quip.

Hall’s update saw him tagging his friend and guide, the Horse King, who has played an instrumental role to get him in a good shape. The first picture was of Hall himself posing with the front double biceps for the camera. The second one was a repetition of the same pose with the exception of the Horse King posing for the camera. And in the third one, the strongman was doing a bench press with dumbells weighing a total of 176 lbs weight, making it obvious for the fans to be sure about his abilities. Even though Hall still has a long way to go, his fans could not contain their excitement.
