“This Is Unbeatable”: Bodybuilder Nicknamed ’The Gift” Leaves Fans Jaw-Dropped With His Peak Physique

If there is one bodybuilder who can be counted among legendary bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney, then it should be Phil Heath. Known as ‘The Gift’, Heath is a seven-time Mr.Olympia champion. He entered the bodybuilding arena in 2002, working religiously on his body. Famous for his well-balanced physique, Heath won The Colorado Pro Championships and The New York Pro Championship in 2007. Eventually, it opened the doors for his Mr.Olympia journey.
Recently, in a video of ‘The Gift’, posted by the official page of Mr.Olympia, the bodybuilder is seen flexing his perfectly chiseled body. Fans flooded the comment section applauding his jaw-dropping peak physique.

After competing in 2020, Heath refrained from participating in Mr.Olympia due to his injuries. Since then, Heath has not clearly commented about his future participation in the Men’s Open. However, even today, fans applaud his fitness goals and videos.

“This man wasn’t called THE GIFT for no reason, you can tell by his well balanced physique from head to toe that he was the product that came from the era of Ronnie, and Jay”
“I don’t care what anybody says. With all respect to Ronnie, Phil had the best double bis ever. The amount of detail, symmetry and 3d muscle was unbelievable. Also complete from top to bottom.”
Another fan expressed that he wanted to see physiques like Heath’s in the Men’s Open;

That was a time when Heath was at his peak and probably wanted to ride his success for a longer period. However, facing serious injuries physically drained him. Heath’s string of health issues has been going on since childhood. In fact, for the last 20 years, he has been dealing with a serious case of body dysmorphia.
Phil Heath confesses about a rare disorder

Heath is one of the most successful bodybuilders. He equaled his Olympia wins with none other than the legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger. In fact, legendary bodybuilders like Jay Cutler have complimented his bodybuilding genes. However, all these words of affirmation did not work out for Heath because of body dysmorphia. It is a rare mental disorder that makes a person worry about their bodily appearance.
In an Instagram post, Heath revealed about suffering from the disorder for 20 years. He wrote in his post, “It’ll truly steal the joy out of your days making yourself believe that you’re not good enough and you’ll never ever reach your goal.”
He stated that due to his inability to love himself, he was unable to take words of affirmation from friends, fans, and his family. However, in the past two years, Heath learned to conquer the disorder by practicing gratitude each day.
