Iowa Hawkeyes leads in Big 10 Conferences

The caption reads, “NCAA college wrestling All-Americans from 1999 to 2023.” It includes a list of 20 colleges, listing the number of All-American wrestlers in various conferences. The mentioned conferences in the graph include Big Ten, Big 12, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA), Mid-American Conference (MAC), and Pacific-12 Conference (Pac-12).

The given conferences allow the member schools to compete and qualify for the NCAA championship. Ultimately, the All-Americans are recognized for their illustrious performances. Given the Big 10, which is one of the most dominant conferences in college wrestling, Iowa Hawkeyes has peaked the graph with the number of All-American titles. In the peak year 2022, as per the graph, Iowa had altogether 136 representations in the Big 10, rising to the top. It had started with 5 players in the third position back in 1999.
