This time Pac-12 Champions, and Sun Devil Wrestling team once again bagged the victory adorned with talents such as Jacori Teemer, Cohlton Schultz, Julian Chlebove, Cody Foote, and Kaleb Larkin in their squad.
The No. 11 Sun Devils faced the California State University’s wrestling team Bakersfield Athletics Roadrunners on the first weekend of this year. The wrestling arena lit up as the Sun Devils’ athletes stole the spotlight, orchestrating a mesmerizing victory. As Sun Devils earned their 11th consecutive win, keeping up with their winning streak. Sun Devil’s Redshirt senior Jacori Teemer’s notable pin came in just 16 seconds at the Icardo Center.

Jacori Teemer’s Spectacular Pin
Sun Devil took to its Official X handle to share the greatest moment of the Sunday match. Along with posting the short clip of Teemer’s and Devyn Flores-Che’s impressive match, Sun Devil addressed the match as Jacori Teemer’s match. 3 three-time Pac-12 Champion, Jacori Teemer dominated his opponent with full zeal and enthusiasm in the Sunday match. With the winning mindset, Jacori Teemer destroyed his rival CSU Bakersfield’s wrestler Devyn Flores-Che by executing the magnificent pin in just 16 seconds. After Teemer’s spectacular performance, he has been getting admiration from his fans.

Sun Devils’ wrestlers dominate the mat
Another Arizona State wrestler Cohlton Schultz also helped the team secure its win against CSUB. NCAA All-American Schultz’s ultimate tech fall victory against Jake Andrews was one of the momentous of the match. Along with this win, Schultz secured the 25th dual victory of his Sun Devil career.

Kaleb Larkin had also made a splash in the NCAA Wrestling community with a captivating debut on Friday, January 5, against Iowa State. In just 48 seconds, he secured a pin against Zach Redding. Even on Sunday, he secured a 10-1 major decision victory over Brock Rogers. Max Wilner also emerged victorious making only his third appearance against Guillermo Escobedo, with a 3-2 decision.

With two intense duals in just a matter of three days, the Sun Devils await their next challenge on January 19, followed by the match in Pittsburgh on January 21. Sun Devils fans eagerly wait for the team to continue delivering winning performances.
