“I’m in Love”- Michael Phelps Reacts After Learning a New Water Sport Years After Retirement

Michael Phelps is undoubtedly the greatest Olympian the world has ever seen. It’s not just because of the two dozen gold medals the champion has won, but there is certainly no other athlete like him. Even after years of his retirement, the GOAT of swimming seems to be on the run, experiencing adventures and clearly, falling in love with the water all over again.

While his swimming career is as great as it could be, Michael’s personal life is also quite amazing. The most decorated Olympian of all time married Nicole Johnson in the year 2016 and, ever since, they have been living happily ever after with their three kids.

After his retirement in 2016, Michael is often seen trying out new things and his recent adventure is powerboating with his family. The Olympic champion re-shared his wife’s Instagram story in which the couple can be spotted powerboating together. While in the story Nicole Phelps wrote, “learning new things,” Michael replied to her story with, “I’m In Love.”

Nicole pens down a beautiful message for her husband

Since their marriage in 2016, the duo is one of the most talked-about sports couples. A while back, Mrs. Nicole Phelps even wrote a heartfelt message for her husband on Instagram.

In the post, Nicole wrote, “July 19, 2014… after a breakup and dating others @m_phelps00 & I finally reunited and haven’t left each others side since this post is to remind those that timing is everything (whether it be a job, love, or …)even if we aren’t able to see it in the moment.”

An incredible career, the best wife, a happy family; Michael Phelps certainly has won everything in life. And we can’t think of anyone more deservingly than him.
