Michael Phelps Wanted To Have a Baby Girl
In one such interaction with The Daily Beast, Michael Phelps said how he is enjoying fatherhood. During the conversation, Daily Beast could not help but notice how the hulking athletes have a trio of girls.

Could not help but laugh, Phelps enquired, “Like The Rock?” The ‘Flying Fish’ further added, “Oh my god, it’s so funny. I know, right? I thought we were going to have all girls, and I think we want a girl, and we’d love to have a girl. Now we’ve got the boys too to help protect [her].”

Phelps then welcomed his second son. Hoping for a baby girl, he had no clue that he would eventually welcome his third son with his partner Nichole. With Boomer, Beckett, and Maverick, Phelps has one happy family. Just like Dwayne Johnson’s three girls, Phelps boys make his family complete.

One Man, Many Achievements
Phelps was only 15 years old when he got selected for the American Olympic swimming team. The young lad was disappointed to finish fifth in the 200-meter butterfly final. From returning empty hands in his debut Olympics to eventually winning 28 Olympic medals, Michael Phelps has undoubtedly come a long way.

Born into a swimmer’s family, Phelps quickly followed in his sister’s footsteps. Taking his passion for swimming seriously, he soon joined the prestigious North Baltimore Aquatic Club with his family’s support.
