ESPN just delivered a major draft shake-up. They’ve got the UConn sharpshooter, Azzi Fudd, on top. The Huskies standout was projected at No. 4 a few days ago, but after a blistering performance at BHOF, everything changed. Fudd averaged 27.5 points with 6.5 rebounds while shooting an unbelievable 68.8% from three and 58.1% from the field across two games. And that was enough to elevate her as the top projected pick.
On Friday, ESPN was projecting Azzi Fudd No. 4 overall. After averaging 27.5 points and 6.5 rebounds on 68.8% 3PT and 58.1% FG over two games at the BHOF Showcase, she’s now projected to go No. 1 to the Dallas Wings.
Serah Williams still at No. 9 to the Washington Mystics. https://t.co/7vs5Qunmq6
