Starring actor Will Smith bagged his first Oscar for the role of Richard Williams in the movie. Other than that, she also participated in the Vanity Fair event. Serena Williams took to her Instagram feeling overwhelmed as she could not sleep for the past few days.

She has taken part in a lot of events and has been extremely occupied. So, when her daughter, Olympia, asked her to play with her, she refused. Serena Williams took to Instagram to convey her story. She said, “I am so tired, I just told Olympia that I couldn’t play with her and I told her let this be a lesson for you cuz some days you are gonna have to just take care of yourself and to make yourself happy”. The 23-time Major champion believes that one needs to stand up for oneself despite all the odds. Through her story, she also emphasized staying happy and balanced. She seems to have passed on the same lessons to her daughter as well.

The player has shown her stamina out of the court as well by being part of multiple events and has pushed herself to be there with all the energy that she brings into the court. But she has been feeling a bit down too. She said, “I am going on day five of no sleep and I am not happy and I am basically miserable.”
