Simona Halep issues clarification with regard to her team 

There were rumors doing the lines that Simona will be appointing a new coach. Halep recently quashed the speculation and mentioned that there are no such talks at this moment.

Speaking on this topic, the two-time Grand Slam winner added, “I confirm that I broke up with Mr. Marcu and Mr. Dobre, but I wouldn’t want to discuss why I chose that. We didn’t argue. Nothing like that. We are and still are friends. That’s how I felt that it was better for me. It’s false with the Polish coach, I never talked to him. I don’t have a coach and I’m not looking at the moment. It’s a time when I want to take responsibility and develop as a person.”
