Mike Tyson supports his daughter’s dream

Milan Tyson dreams of becoming a successful tennis professional one day. Her father has made sure she gets the best of training as he enrolled her at the No Quit Tennis Academy in Las Vegas. She is honing her skills under the able guidance of Mike Agassi, the father of former tennis star, Andre Agassi. Speaking of his daughter’s decision to pursue a career in tennis, the boxing legend said,

“This is really awesome. Me and my wife both never in a hundred years anticipated we’d be tennis parents and traveling around the state. It’s amazing. I’m just happy to be here. She showed the aptitude for tennis, and I’m just supporting her. I’m really lost, but this is exciting.”

When Mike Tyson came in support of Serena Williams

Back in 2018, Serena Williams had an infamous argument with the chair umpire at the final of the US Open. It started when Serena was charged guilty of a coaching violation. Further, the former world number 1 threw her racket in frustration, attracting another code violation. Later, the 23-time Grand Slam champion lashed out at the chair umpire, calling him a thief. Hence, attracting the third code violation.

Serena eventually lost the match to Naomi Osaka. Later, she got support on social media, as many thought it was unfair of the umpire. Mike Tyson also gave his opinion on the matter.
