Naomi Osaka buys a $6.3 million mansion

TMZ recently reported that Japanese superstar Naomi Osaka bought a $6.3 million massive mansion in California. Famous singer Nick Lachey previously owned this mansion, who bought this in 2020 for $5.1 million. After living for a year, Lachey made a profit of almost $1.3 million by selling the mansion to the Japanese player.

Interestingly this is not the first time Naomi bought something like this. In 2019, she spent $6.9 million to buy a house. Previously the lavish mansion was owned by Nick Jonas, another famous singer. With Naomi’s stature, she can afford to buy all these houses. According to Forbes, her net worth is around $60 million.

Can Naomi get her previous form back?

No doubt, Naomi is achieving great things off the court. However, she hasn’t done great on the tennis court since her withdrawal from the French Open last year. In 2022, she didn’t start well in Australia, as she lost in the third round at the Australian Open. As a result, her ranking dropped massively (80).

That means the Japanese player now can’t get a direct entry in the big tournaments, including the Grand Slam event. However, she recently received a wild card entry in the Indian Wells, which is great news for the former World no.1. If Naomi wins that tournament, she will improve her ranking and possibly get her form back for the upcoming tournaments.
