Let’s dive into why the German star called Andreescu with such a tag.

When Kerber called Andreescu a “drama queen”

The 35-year-old tennis player back in 2019 tagged the Canadian tennis star with this dramatic tag after losing to the teenager for the second time in a row. The irritated German tennis player addressed the then-18-year-old tennis player after losing to her in the third round of the Miami Open.

After the match, when both tennis players shook hands together, the former world number one limpingly grabbed the Canadian player’s hand and said, “You’re the biggest drama queen ever.” And since then, the tennis world has never forgotten this comment, and the rest is history.
