The recent Holiday Bash edition of AEW Dynamite proved a major success for Tony Khan and AEW. Recently, WWE legend Ric Flair congratulated Sting for the successful rating of AEW Dynamite on Twitter. He also took a subtle dig at WWE over ratings.
The main event of this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite featured Sting and CM Punk. Sting, Darby Allin and CM Punk teamed up for the first time inside the squared circle this week on AEW Dynamite.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the episode gathered over 1 million viewership on TNT. This week’s viewership is up 7.59% from last week’s episode of AEW Winter is Coming. Last week, AEW Winter is Coming episode had 948,000 viewers.

CM Punk, Sting and Darby Allin faced MJF and FTR in the main event of AEW Dynamite that took place in Greensboro. During the main event, Sting got a special tribute from CM Punk. The former WWE superstar changed his look and got the Surfer Sting face paint.
