WWE promoted the main event of Crown Jewel 2022 in a riveting fashion. On the latest episode of SmackDown, Logan Paul asked for a shot at the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Moreover, he called out Roman Reigns at a press conference to make the match official.

WWE later posted about The Tribal Chief and The Maverick meeting at the press conference on their website. And Reigns took a shot at how he believes Paul’s career would turn out after their match.

Roman Reigns gave an interview to Boxing Social after the match was finalized by WWE with Logan Paul. The Head of The Table took a shot at The Maverick’s YouTube career.

Reigns said, “Well, this one could be exciting, you know, wise man. Typically, two options – we’re gonna guillotine him or we’re gonna Spear him in half. We might just Superman Punch him. He’s a boxer right (teases Logan Paul in a weird voice by imitating him) Floyd Mayweather, I boxed Floyd Mayweather for eight rounds.” The imitation part had glimpses of Reigns taking inspiration from his cousin Dwayne ‘The Rock” Johnson.

The Tribal Chief added, “Maybe one Superman Punch break his jaw, and sent him home unhappy. But it’s not even going home it’s the experience, right? That’s what these vloggers do. It’s not about having legitimate talent or skill. It’s, ‘look at me. I can film all day long consecutively all year long. That’s my talent.’ So we’re going to give him some good vlogging material.”

Clearly, Reigns is not impressed with Paul for calling him out on SmackDown. After a great podcast, The Maverick claimed of wanting a match against The Needle Mover. It seems Paul took it seriously when Reigns said he could not be the blue brand’s top star.

Paul Heyman took a shot at Logan Paul’s brother Jake Paul on SmackDown

”The Wise Counsel” Paul Heyman had joined the Twitter war when Roman Reigns asked him to. However, as The Game called out both the parties to SmackDown, things were about to change. The former advocate took a shot at Jake Paul about his upcoming match with UFC legend Anderson Silva.

Jake Paul shared the video on his Twitter addressing the statement made by the wise man. He wrote, “No disrespect Heyman, but Logan would KO your boy Roman Reigns easy …@WWERomanReigns.”

Heyman said to The Maverick on SmackDown, “Your brother, Jake Paul, picks a fight with the greatest MMA striker in the history, Anderson Silva, who is gonna knock your brother out.”

This might be a hint that Jake Paul may appear on WWE TV when Reigns and Paul have the match. As Heyman brought up Jake’s name on the latest SmackDown, all eyes are on Logan Paul’s younger brother too, to show up in WWE.
