The wrestling community is in a frenzy ever since the news broke that Daniel Bryan aka Bryan Danielson and CM Punk are set to appear in AEW.
These were all mere speculations earlier this week, but as the days passed by, the rumors got more and more confirmed, and it is to a point now that both the wrestlers are discussing their timeline to make their first appearance.
Both CM Punk and Daniel Bryan were integral parts of WWE and were the reasons for their merchandise sales, PPV sales, and what not. Daniel Bryan literally started a ‘movement’ powered by the fans and hijacked Monday Night Raw.

CM Punk had a bittersweet relationship with the company’s chairperson Vince McMahon and WWE COO Paul Levesque, and he left the company after the 2014 Royal Rumble PPV.
He got involved in many legal battles with the company’s medical staff citing their negligence for the staph infection which Punk had but was not treated the right way.
Bryan Danielson simply left the company after his contract expired. It is reported that he chose AEW over WWE because of his intentions of wrestling with New Japan Pro Wrestling aka NJPW talents as well, which AEW had been doing for a while.
Kenny Omega extolled CM Punk and Daniel Bryan
Speaking with Wrestling Observer Radio, and Dave Meltzer, Kenny Omega talked about many things. When asked about the possibility of him fighting these two wrestlers, Omega said that it will be a “cool” match-up because of their technical abilities.

“Two very different athletes, two very different performers. I respect both of them in similar but also very different ways
“So it’s cool for me to think that I’m going to be able to be in the ring with these two – possibly. But I think because they were so prominent in the WWE, and a lot of that is featured with segments, angles, character work. You know, for me, as exciting as the wrestling part is, the ability to tell a story is more exciting for me,” Omega concluded.
