Insiders speculated Orton would initially return to RAW, after WrestleMania. But the ‘Legend killer’ is adamant about making his presence felt at the biggest event. Fans are speculating that he could start a rivalry against the 2023 Royal Rumble winner, Cody Rhodes. That is if Rhodes defeats Roman Reigns and takes the crown for himself.

The pair would make a great rivalry since they have a history. However, there’s no confirmation what will Orton do if he appears at ‘Mania. Nevertheless, WWE enthusiasts would love to see how Orton’s re-entry could shift the power dynamics in WWE.
