One of the wildest moments of this episode of WWE SmackDown came with the debut of Tama Tonga. The son of Haku made his debut by attacking Jimmy Uso. While Solo Sikoa commanded him and a horrified Paul Heyman watched on, it was clear that Roman Reigns had no idea of this, or did he?

After the beatdown, a terrified Heyman was told a line that shocked the WWE Universe and may have revealed who was behind Jimmy Uso’s punishment.

As we looked backstage, we saw Paul Heyman in tears after what happened to Jimmy in the ring. While he tried to compose himself, Tonga arrived and said, “By orders of the Tribal Chief.” This line turned Heyman white. While one could be forgiven for thinking Roman Reigns issued the order, Sikoa’s actions speak otherwise. Reigns appointed him as the next heir to The Bloodline. Could he be the new Tribal Chief?

WWE made it clear that Jimmy and Sikoa never saw eye-to-eye. While Jimmy almost always came up short while completing Reigns’ orders, Sikoa took the responsibility to ensure it was done. Fans have long speculated that The Bloodline would turn on Jimmy one day since Jey Uso left the group. With Reigns out of the picture, this would make it the ideal time for Sikoa to take control and bring honor back to The Bloodline with Tonga.

Many fans have also speculated that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson could be behind Tonga. However, after his promo on RAW, it is clear that The Rock is after Rhodes and his little to no interest in The Bloodline.

How this could be a turning point for The Bloodline

Reports recently came out that Jacob Fatu would be joining the WWE roster. It was also reported that Roman Reigns would return before SummerSlam in August. This leaves a long gap where Sikoa could be seen running things with Tonga, judging from what transpired on SmackDown.

With Tonga in The Bloodline and Fatu joining soon, this new young version of the stable led by Sikoa could prove to be a force to be reckoned with. Another thing to remember is The Bloodline isn’t done with the WWE Universal title. We could see Sikoa gunning for it to maintain the leadership of this new Bloodline. What do you think of the new Bloodline with Tonga? Tell us in the comments.
