Crown Jewel Set to Witness John Cena Continue His Feud With The Bloodline as Roman Reigns Makes His Return Next Week

With just 1 day to go, fans are crazy excited about WWE’s PLE Fastlane. Majorly for the main event tag team match of John Cena and LA Knight against The Bloodline. Fans are gung-ho to see Cena trash Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa after being humiliated twice on SmackDown. But all this seems to be a setup for a big title match at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia in November.

The last time Cena was seen in a title match was in 2021 at SummerSlam. And now fans might just get a chance to see him challenging the Top Dawg in the WWE.

Jimmy Uso marred John Cena’s return to SmackDown mocking him in front of the cheering crowd. This led to a feud between the two in which Solo Sikoa eventually got involved. Thus creating a rivalry between John Cena and The Bloodline.

AJ Styles was quick to turn up to assist Cena as a tag team partner. But he was viciously attacked backstage by The Bloodline leaving his spot open. Then LA Knight appeared last Friday on SmackDown and single-handedly destroyed Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. In the process, he also signed up to be Cena’s partner for Fastlane.

News has now emerged that all of this is just a setup for Cena versus Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. The last time Reigns was seen in the WWE was more than a month ago. His last title defense was against Jey Uso at SummerSlam in the Tribal Combat match.

But it has been reported by Wrestling Observer Radio that Crown Jewel might have a title match between Roman Reigns and John Cena. Cena has already being advertised to perform at Crown Jewel and this is just perfect timing. Roman Reigns is set to make his return to the WWE next week after a long vacation.

The Tribal Chief has been out of action for quite some time now. So much so that even Seth Rollins has started taking digs at him for his absence.

But come 14th October, fans’ prayers will be answered as Reigns will be defending his title against Sami Zayn. This will take place at WWE’s house show at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City in front of 18,000 fans.

Reigns’ return also means that he is coming to fix the problems with The Bloodline. One of the problems they are currently facing is John Cena. So this very well means that Reigns and Cena will be locking horns with each other soon enough.
