Despite Breaking the Rock’s Record, Female WWE Star Vents Out Frustrations After Being Inactive for Over 4 Months: “Ain’t My Call”

Last year Vince McMahon announced his retirement from WWE, and his daughter, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan became the Co-CEOs, while his son-in-law, Triple H became the creative head. The Game’s rise to the position of the creative head brought with itself a lot of hopes and desires.
However, while certain superstars and fans were trusting Triple H with his creative directive, there was one superstar who fell into the mix and got lost. Recently, in a series of now-deleted tweets, a current inactive WWE superstar vented out her frustrations in a conversation with a fan.
WWE Superstar Aliyah recently vented out her feelings and frustrations on Twitter while engaging in a conversation with a fan. Although she later deleted the tweets, it was however far too late. The fans on the internet had already caught hold of her emotions.

Despite being one of the most talented in-ring performers, Aliyah has been missing for a long time. And with a special record to her name, where she broke past Dwayne Johnson’s record and defeated Natalya in just 3.17 seconds, she still fails to make it to the roster.
Aliyah signed with WWE in 2015 and made her main roster debut in 2021. However, she was hardly a regular performer on the main roster. Her last appearance on the main roster came back in September when she faced Kai and Iyo Sky in the ring.
What did Aliyah vent out on social media regarding her absence from WWE?
And since then, Aliyah has been out of action for nearly 5 months. Aliyah was struck with an injury in September 2022 but was cleared to wrestle in October. Still, she has not made her comeback to the ring. When a fan asked what she has been up to since October, Aliyah wrote, “Umm, i don’t know…”.

While another fan asked if she could do backstage shoots, to which the WWE superstar responded, “If only I was backstage”. She also spoke about her presence in the upcoming video game WWE 2k23, and stated ““Sorry to let you down” signifying her absence from the game.

However, when a fan asked if she wanted to return to the ring, if she felt bored, Aliyah gave a straight answer. She stated, “ain’t my call” signifying her frustrations with the management, and how much she wanted to return, but the management would not let her return.

With five months and counting, WWE fans might now need to wait much longer before their favorite superstar Aliyah makes her return to the company. As of now, WWE seems to have no creative plans for her, and thus, the absence. However, fans might soon get to witness the former tag-team champion make her way back to WWE, and dominate again.
