Triple H hasn’t been around WWE since his cardiac arrest. He has started recovering, but there isn’t any news about where he stands in terms of resuming his role in the company.

Keeping that in mind, everyone who worked closely with Paul Levesque, aka HHH, had to rethink their work situation. One such individual is Lisette Pineda.

Pineda worked as the Manager of Global Talent Strategy and Development for WWE. Her work primarily revolved around working closely with HHH as his top executive assistant. With him gone, her work became limited and certain officials in WWE knew she would exit WWE if Triple H didn’t return.

As reported by PWInsider, Lisette Pineda has exited the company considering there is no update on when and if ‘The Game’ will return at all. She joined the company in January 2020.

When HHH suffered a cardiac arrest, everyone from fans to officials to Superstars sent their prayers. When he recovered, rumour was that he wouldn’t come back at all.

However, he was seen with The McMahon family exiting the new WWE Headquarters. This is when news went around that Triple H could potentially come back to resume his role in WWE.

On the other hand, fans were left confused about HHH’s role in WWE when Vince McMahon reportedly took over WWE NXT. No one quite understood how Paul Levesque fit into the situation any longer.

Of course, the only reasonable assumption was that WWE and Triple H would part ways until realization dawned that HHH cannot part with WWE.

The problem lies beyond his WWE role. It’s the fact that he married into The McMahon family. Therefore, even if he parted with WWE, there is little to no chance that he will work with any other wrestling promotion.

On top of that, Shane McMahon had a fallout with WWE. If Triple H follows, it could lead to the company’s control moving away from the core family’s grip.

Is this something Vince McMahon can risk? Not really!
