As the name goes, the stipulation is set to be extremely violent and hardcore. Both these superstars had taken each other to an extreme level while battling in the ring. Although the plans are not yet confirmed, WWE could possibly fix this as the final stipulation due to its tendency of turning violent. The company is also considering several other stipulations for their third match, this is the one looking likely.

As per Dave Meltzer from WON, their third match is set to be one of the main events of the 2023 SummerSlam PLE. He stated, “Lesnar vs. Rhodes III will be one of the SummerSlam main events. There has been a lot of talk about adding a stipulation and one of the ideas is a bullrope match. “

A bullrope match, like most of the other matches in professional wrestling, is a gimmick match. This match features two wrestlers being tied with a rope connected with a cowbell in the center. The first wrestler to hit all four corners of the ring is declared the winner. Also, often in some cases, a pinfall or submission is also counted as a victory.

Rhodes and Lesnar first faced at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico, where the former snatched a victory. However, at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia, Lesnar was able to pass out Rhodes from a kimura lock and level the scores. With both of them tied 1-1, the match with such a brutal stipulation could be a proper way to conclude the feud.
